Terms & Conditions – Apex Landscaping & Driveways

Quotes & Pricing

All quotes provided are estimates based on the information available at the time. Final costs may vary depending on site conditions, materials, and any changes to the scope of work.

 

Booking & Payments

• A deposit may be required to secure a booking

• Remaining balance is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed

• Payment terms will be clearly outlined in your quote

 

Changes to Work

Any changes requested after work has started may affect the final price and completion time.

 

Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

• Weather conditions

• Material shortages

• Circumstances beyond our control

 

Access & Site Conditions

Clients must ensure reasonable access to the property and working area. Any unforeseen issues (e.g. underground obstructions or hidden defects) may result in additional costs.

Materials

Where materials are supplied by the client, we cannot guarantee their quality or suitability and accept no liability for issues arising from them.

Refunds & Cancellations

Due to the nature of our work, all projects are bespoke and tailored to each client. As such:

• Deposits are generally non-refundable once materials have been ordered or work has been scheduled

• If a project is cancelled by the client after work has begun, payment will be required for work completed up to that point

• Any materials purchased specifically for the project may also be chargeable

• In the unlikely event of an issue, we will always work with the client to resolve it fairly

 

Liability

We take all reasonable care in our work. However, we are not liable for:

• Pre-existing issues

• Natural movement of materials over time

• Wear and tear after completion

 

Guarantee

Any guarantees will be clearly stated at the time of quotation and apply only to the agreed work.
